Located in Young Harris, Georgia, The Ridges Resort is perfectly situated along the shore of beautiful Lake Chatuge and offers magnificent views of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains.
For a property that had so much going for it, no one knew about its recent remodel and all it had to offer. Though new ownership had recently redesigned the brand identity, they had no story or direction.
Created in collaboration with Basil Iskandrian of 15th and Pine.
It’s important to know, while Super Crispy designed and developed the website, created all content, developed and executed marketing strategy, and managed the budget spend–a third-party, hired by the property, managed all Social Media accounts and Paid Search Engine channels.
The following analytics apply to The Ridges Resort website only. Data results are not typical, but the site’s overall success should be expected by all Super Crispy clients.
All three channels are directly dependent on successful brand development, execution and awareness.
Dependent on budget size and successfully targeting the correct audience with the correct message containing the correct key words.
Effectiveness varies depending on product or service. For The Ridges, it created awareness, but did little to drive revenue.
