Clark Odom

Growing up on the baseball diamond, he had big-league dreams, but college was as far as the game would take him. Thankfully he had raw talent, a discerning eye, and the drive to nurture them. His 20 years in the business have earned him the title of Creative Director, but his passion still lies in the intricacies of the design process. From logo creation to UI/UX, he’s had his hands on every aspect of the creative process and worked with everyone–from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He may have traded his mit for an iMac, but he kept the drive and focused determination it takes to get your team a win.

Most creatives find their passion a little later than the average working stiff. Not this dude. He was born with phenidone coursing through his veins–learning the intricacies of black and white film processing before most learn their ABCs. He’s been behind the camera ever since–studying the art, honing his craft and changing the entire wedding photography industry–while also mastering architectural composition. Sure, this has led to numerous awards, national publications and financial gain–but his only measure of success is perfection.

Growing up as the son of a Navy pilot, moving from base to base is inevitable. You can either kick and scream as the car pulls out of the driveway or you go with the flow. Adam chose the latter and turned each move into a study of human tendencies and social clues. His years serving in the Army instilled a no-BS mentality and a brief stint in a Boy Band (true story) gave him confidence beyond his looks. Roll all of this together and you get a master in the art of capturing human emotion. Armed with a camera, Adam attacks each shoot with surgical precision, never missing the precise moment the magic happens.

Comparing our newest director to a Swiss Army Knife is unfair to the multi-use tool. Most creatives learn to be proficient at a few creative disciplines throughout their career. Not Stephanie. She read the book, took the class, watched the doc and listened to the podcast by the author of the book about the author of the book. Ms. Rachmeler does not do proficient. She excels.
